Shipping Policy
At Everything Grenadier, we take pride in delivering high-quality parts quickly, securely, and with care. Below are the details of our shipping policy, including lead times, carrier information, and what to do in case of issues.
Lead Times & Processing
Most in-stock items ship within 2–4 business days. Custom-built or special order items may have extended lead times, which will be noted on the product page. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Signature confirmation may be required on high-value or oversized items.
International Shipping
We currently ship select products internationally. All duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import regulations are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s regulations before placing an order.
Shipping Damages
We package all orders securely, but if your item arrives damaged, follow these steps:
- If damage is visible at delivery: Refuse the package and note the damage with the delivery driver. Contact us immediately at sales@everythinggrenadier.com.
- If damage is discovered after delivery: Contact us within 2 business days of receipt. Include photos of the damage and the packaging to support your claim.
⚠️ Claims submitted after the 2-day window may be denied. If you accept a damaged item and fail to report it within that timeframe, you assume full responsibility for any replacement costs.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:
- The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs
- Re-shipment fees will apply
If you discover an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately. If the item has already shipped, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier to attempt redirection. We're happy to assist where possible.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned as undeliverable:
- A $35 handling fee and all outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- For international orders, any duties, taxes, or return-related fees will also be deducted.
