Shipping Policy

Lead Times & Processing

Most in-stock items ship within 2–4 business days. Custom-built or special-order items may have extended lead times as noted on the product page. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Damages

We take packaging seriously — but once your order leaves our hands, it is in the carrier’s control. If your item arrives damaged, here’s what to do:

  • Visible damage at delivery: Please refuse the package and note the damage with the delivery driver. Then contact us immediately at sales@everythinggrenadier.com.
  • Damage discovered after delivery: Email us within two (2) business days of receipt with clear photos of the packaging and product. Claims made after this window may not be covered.

Note: If a damaged item is accepted and not reported within two (2) days, the customer assumes full responsibility for replacement costs.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the shipment is returned, the customer will be responsible for re-shipment fees and any return shipping costs incurred. If you catch an error before shipment, contact us immediately — we will do our best to intercept the order. If the item has already shipped, the customer must coordinate with the carrier to redirect or update delivery information.

Shipping Methods

We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Signature confirmation may be required on high-value or oversized items.

International Shipping

We currently ship select products internationally. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, and import regulations.

Returns & Cancellations

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • Not a custom, special order, or non-stocking item
  • Returned with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

Email sales@everythinggrenadier.com to request an RMA within the timeframe stated in the shipping policy and prior to shipping any items back.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Special order or non-stocking items
  • Used, modified, or installed parts
  • Open-box electrical components

These items are clearly labeled on the product page and are final sale.

Return Conditions

  • Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Returned items must arrive in resalable condition.
  • If a returned product is damaged, used, or incomplete, your refund may be denied or reduced accordingly.

Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet shipped, email us immediately to request cancellation. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled; however, it may be eligible for return under the above policy.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If you reject a package or it is returned due to failed delivery:

  • A $35 handling fee and any actual shipping costs (both ways) will be deducted from your refund.
  • For international shipments, any duties, taxes, tariffs, or additional fees incurred during the return will also be deducted.
