How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select the parts you need, and add them to your cart. When you're ready, head to checkout and follow the prompts. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
Can I add or remove items from my cart?
Yes — your cart can be updated at any time before checkout. Simply click the cart icon, adjust quantities, remove items, or continue shopping.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No account is required to check out, but creating one makes it easier to track your orders, manage returns, and save build info for future purchases.

How do I find the right part for my car?

What if I'm unsure about a part's compatibility?
We get it — the Grenadier is a unique beast. Contact our team before you buy and we’ll help confirm if the part fits your build.
Do you offer product warranties?
Yes. Most OG4x4 parts include a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please refer to individual product pages or our Warranty Policy for details.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. For larger builds, wire transfers may be arranged — contact us for details.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify and uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to keep your payment data safe.
Do you offer COD?
No — we do not offer cash on delivery. All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout.

What are your shipping options?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options through major carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Freight shipping is used for oversized items. Carrier selection is based on product size, weight, and destination.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and shipping address. Oversized items or freight shipments may incur additional charges.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account to view your order status and tracking updates.
Return Products

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Special order, custom, and electrical items are non-returnable. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
How do I return an item?
To start a return, email us at jim@everythinggrenadier.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. If approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or manufacturer defect). A restocking fee may apply to eligible returns.
