Return & Refund Policy

At Everything Grenadier, we stand behind the products we sell — but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please read the following carefully before submitting a return request.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • Not a custom, special order, or non-stocking item
  • Returned with an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

To start a return, email us at sales@everythinggrenadier.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Special order, custom, or non-stocking products
  • Used, installed, or modified items
  • Open-box electrical components
  • Gift cards or discounted sale items

These exclusions are clearly noted on the product page. By checking out, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Return Conditions & Fees

  • Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Items must arrive in resellable condition or the return may be denied or adjusted

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 2 business days of delivery. Include photos and order details so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.

If packaging appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse the shipment and notify us immediately.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The product must be returned in unused condition with original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
