Shipping Damages

For standard carrier shipments (e.g., US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx), please notify us by phone or email of any damage or issues within two (2) business days of receiving your products. If the packaging appears damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it from the carrier and inform us immediately. Alternatively, if you sign the shipper’s proof-of-delivery slip (for deliveries requiring a signature), include a note stating the package is, or appears to be, damaged. Failure to notify us within two (2) days of receiving the product will result in the customer assuming responsibility for the damage and the costs of fixing the product.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If the shipping address provided is incorrect and/or the shipper returns the product to us due to delivery issues, the customer is responsible for any associated fees or shipping costs. If you notice the shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately, preferably before the product has shipped. If the product has already shipped, you are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to adjust the shipping address. Of course, we are here to assist as needed.
